Flint McGlaughlin
Director

Flint McGlaughlin is the Director of MECLABS Group. The organization has partnered with key market leaders including, The New York Times, Microsoft Corporation, and Reuters Group. Dr. McGlaughlin also serves as the Director of Enterprise Research at the Transforming Business Institute, University of Cambridge (UK), as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for St. Stephen's University, and as a Trustee for Westminster Theological Centre. Dr. McGlaughlin originally studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of London's Specialist Jesuit College. Today, his primary research is focused on enterprise as transformative agent. His work has won multiple awards and has been quoted in more than 13,000 online and offline sources.

   
Jimmy Ellis
Director of Optimization Research

Jimmy Ellis has conducted and analyzed more than 300 experiments. He specializes in optimization research, search engine marketing and email marketing strategies. He recently led a free trial experiment for a subscription-based research partner that resulted in a 43% reduction in cost-per-acquisition. Ellis is a sought-after public speaker and hosts live optimization clinics at several Internet industry tradeshows.

   
Aaron Rosenthal
Director of Channels Research

Aaron Rosenthal has been working with Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and the comparison shopping engines since 2002. He conducts ongoing pay-per-¬click research and has driven over 60 million visitors through pay-per-click advertising. Rosenthal was recently responsible for building a lead generation engine that produced over 426,000 sales-ready leads in the first eight months of operation.

   
Andy Mott
Senior Manager, Research Partnerships

Andy Mott joined MarketingExperiments in January 2008 as Research Analyst. He was promoted to Senior Research Analyst and took on additional responsibilities with key research partners. Most recently, Andy has been named to the Senior Manager of Research Partnerships position and leads the Research Partner Qualification Team for MarketingExperiments. In this role, Andy identifies key research projects and targets research partner candidates for inclusion in the MarketingExperiments research program. Before joining the company, Andy had been a senior manager in the financial services industry, working with several leading investment firms. He served in the U.S. Navy as a Staff Instructor at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit - Charleston.

Andy holds a Business Administration degree and is pursuing his advanced business degree from the University of Florida.

   
Ana Gabriela Diaz
Senior Manager, Research and Strategy

Gaby's passion is to bring new perspectives to testing by analyzing customer behavior. Gaby joined MarketingExperiments as Research Analyst in October 2006. Since then, she has led research projects with partners ranging from Encyclopedia Britannica and The New York Times to ActualMe and Bottega Verde. Before joining MarketingExperiments, Gaby worked on new media opportunities for The PGA TOUR, coordinated customer loyalty program research for Lands' End, and managed Internet projects for British American Tobacco in Venezuela. She holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, and an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University.

   
Boris Grinkot
Senior Manager, Research and Strategy

Boris is part social scientist, part techie, and part philosopher. As the director of technology consulting at a small Florida marketing firm, he began searching for ways to combine web development with his academic background in research. This search led him to MarketingExperiments. Since joining the team in 2007, Boris' work with Fortune 500 and international research partners has included experimental design, business intelligence analysis, competitive strategy, and lead generation. He has led optimization projects that generated up to tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Boris holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Religious Studies with a cert. in International Relations from Cornell.

   
Paul Clowe
Senior Manager, Training and Certification

After a 14 year career in the industrial B2B marketplace, Paul joined the MarketingExperiments team in March of 2008 as a Research Analyst. He directed several successful Research Partnerships before being tapped to head up the Training & Certification department for the company. Paul graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Finance, although he has spent the majority of his career in a marketing capacity. When he’s not helping the marketing community learn to implement more successful online marketing strategies, he enjoys tennis, violin and reading.
