Dr. McGlaughlin also serves as the Director of Enterprise Research at the Transforming Business Institute, University of Cambridge (UK), as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for St. Stephen’s University, and as a Trustee for Westminster Theological Centre. Dr. McGlaughlin originally studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of London’s Specialist Jesuit College. Today, his primary research is focused on enterprise as transformative agent. He has a 25-year track record of success as a C-Level leader with digital marketing, high-tech hardware and software, telecommunications and medical device organizations in the U.S., Europe and South America. Greg has employed broad organizational expertise to boost sales, market share and profitability for new ventures and companies in need of a turnaround. Prior to joining MarketingExperiments, Greg founded a successful company that developed and commercialized cutting-edge medical imaging technology. He earned his MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis on Marketing.

Jimmy Ellis has conducted and analyzed more than 300 experiments. He specializes in optimization research, search engine marketing and email marketing strategies. He recently led a free trial experiment for a subscription-based research partner that resulted in a 43% reduction in cost-per-acquisition. Ellis is a sought-after public speaker and hosts live optimization clinics at several Internet industry tradeshows.

Aaron Rosenthal has been working with Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and the comparison shopping engines since 2002. He conducts ongoing pay-per-¬click research and has driven over 60 million visitors through pay-per-click advertising. Rosenthal was recently responsible for building a lead generation engine that produced over 426,000 sales-ready leads in the first eight months of operation.

Hunter manages MarketingExperiments' publishing initiatives, including web clinics, research briefs, the blog and social media efforts. He joined the team as Managing Editor in March 2008. Prior to that, he was a senior editor and blogger with Internet Marketing Report, What’s Working in Sales Management, The Industry Standard, and other B2B publications. Hunter has 14 years of experience in publishing, content development and multichannel marketing communications in agency, corporate, and consulting roles. Hunter began building and optimizing websites in 1996 while completing his journalism degree at Boston University.
Rick Frantz
Director of Training and Certification
Rick Frantz has over 20 years of management experience overseeing every level of operations for both service organizations and manufacturing companies. His achievements include successfully serving as Executive Director of an assisted living facility where he was able to turn around a problem-plagued home and President of a wholesale optical laboratory where he grew sales 100%. In addition, Rick has produced and led training sessions in the following areas: leadership, management, production, sales, marketing, and conflict resolution. He holds an M.A. degree.
Chuck Coker

Chuck joined MECLABS Group in January, 2007 in order to drive the growth of the organization through acquisition as well as the recruitment and retention of high-value employees. His organizational development background includes work with AT&T, General Foods, Harris Corporation, Sprint PCS, Tupperware, Verizon and Zurich. Chuck has developed over 50 training programs for personal and career development as well as achieving the title of Senior Professional in Human Resources. He has been guest lecturer at Universities like Auburn, Harvard and Moscow State. Chuck is a former United States Marine Corps First Lieutenant and a 7th degree Grandmaster Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. His education includes both B.A and Ph.D. degrees.
